Core Responsibilities: Sorting & Preparation Receive cleaned and finished garments from pressers or cleaning machine operators. Match finished garments to the original customer order/invoice using tags, barcodes or making systems. Inspect garments for quality control, checking for residual stains, damage or poor pressing quality. Flag items needing re-cleaning or repair. Sort and organize garments by customer order for assembly. Order Assembly & Packaging Group all items belonging to a single customer order. Count and verify that all items are present and correct against the invoice. Package and bag the completed order neatly, applying necessary protective covers. Attach the final customer ticket/invoice to the finished package. Stage finished order in the dispatch area (on racks , conveyors or shelves) . Good customer service
