Description and Requirements Core Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end Bids & Contracts process to ensure best in class support Prepare, respond and oversee the commercial terms of a bid, ensuring all non-standard requirements are considered and properly accounted. Work with Legal, Sales and SMEs to review, redline, and negotiate contracts. Manage virtual teams and inputs from key stakeholders/Subject Matter Experts (SME), typically engaging with Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Brand and Product teams, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Project Management Be a subject matter expert on the Company Global Program and its capabilities. Understand and resolve complex business issues and customer requirements. Run appropriate risk assessments while managing escalations efficiently when required. Drive continuous improvement and excellence, through post-bid reviews, during contract negotiation, data collecting and updated databases. Collaborate with Customer procurement and legal teams in development, oversight and maintenance stages of relevant bids, contract templates, fallback and guidance in continually improving an efficient and effective customer experience Skills : Native English is mandatory. Other languages are an important differentiator . Proven leadership skills in virtual work environments. Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable working at C- / VP / ED Levels (within internals and externals). Customer oriented. Commercial & Legal understanding coupled with risk management skills. Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities. Not afraid of challenging internal SMEs, and processes while driving improvements Ability to balance Customer requirements with Lenovo capabilities and business interests. Analysis, planning, project managing and organization. Attention to details.
