Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an extensive and innovative cocktail menu and have good knowledge of classic cocktails
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience
- Assist in the development of new cocktails and drinks menu
- Maintain a clean and organised bar
- Stocktake and ordering
