About Us: For over 13 years, we've provided high-quality speech therapy services, including assessments, intervention, school readiness programs, and clinical education. We foster a supportive and collaborative environment, dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families. Role: Full-time/Part-time position. Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to our Speech Pathologists. Support professional development through training and case discussions. Manage a diverse paediatric caseload (assessments, intervention for speech, language, and literacy). Oversee clinical policies, procedures, and service quality. Collaborate with families, educators, and health professionals. Contribute to service development and innovation. Work closely with our experienced Director for strong clinical support. About You: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology. Minimum 5 years paediatric clinical experience. Current SPA registration. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Experience supervising early career clinicians. Passion for evidence-based therapy and achieving positive outcomes. Strong drive to lead and develop others.
