About the Role As a Speech Pathologist at be™, you will: Provide high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming SLP services to children and families. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create holistic supports that prioritise relationships, emotional regulation, and functional skills. Attend and contribute to weekly professional development and case conference meetings to ensure best-practice care for clients. Play an active role in service development, helping to refine and expand our therapy approaches. Work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for each child. What we're looking for SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist Passion for working in a relationship-based, child-led model. Experience or interest in the DIR® Floortime model (training provided if needed). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of Autism, ADHD, and developmental delays.
