This role involves providing clinical support, assisting with treatments, managing chronic diseases, educating patients, and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications, vaccinations, and assist with minor procedures Support chronic disease management and preventive healthcare initiatives Conduct patient assessments, take vital signs, and assist during GP consultations Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control protocols Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle changes, and healthcare management About You: Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration Experience in general practice or primary healthcare preferred Strong clinical skills, patient care focus, and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Proficiency in electronic health records and practice management systems We look forward to hearing from you!
