Caseload and Service Provision: This role will offer a mixed caseload that suits your experience and career goals. Our team enjoys the flexibility of providing a combination of support opportunities - from the clinic, in the community, schools, the patient’s home or via telehealth. Our multidisciplinary team has extensive experience across a wide range of practice areas and will offer supervision, professional development and mentoring to suit your needs as a developing clinician. Your individual Professional Development program will include individual, discipline-specific, multidisciplinary and external professional development. Optiform senior clinicians each have at least 23 years experience in their fields, and have worked in multiple domains within metropolitan, regional and rural services. They have lectured at University level and maintain close connections in each of their professional fields. This experience and expertise provides an additional level of opportunity to our New Graduates and Early Career clinicians.
