About the role We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and proactive Senior Account Manager to join our Sydney or Melboune sales team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships with new customers, and drive growth across exciting brand partnerships. You’ll thrive in a creative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, balancing competing priorities while keeping clients at the heart of everything you do. With a strong pipeline of leads provided, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow key accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute quarterly sales and account plans to grow key accounts and meet revenue targets. Manage a pod of existing clients, providing guidance on annual merchandise plans, quotes, and proposals. Build strong, lasting relationships with marketing executives and key decision-makers. Ensure client deadlines are met by partnering with internal Design, Production, and Warehouse teams. Maintain data integrity in Salesforce, tracking client contacts, negotiations, open projects, and pending deadlines. Target new leads through referrals, marketing-generated leads, and ad-hoc outreach to maintain a robust pipeline. Conduct research for client proposals, delivering merchandise concepts that are twice as nice. Provide exceptional client service, proactively resolving issues and supporting brand-aligned, ROI-driven merchandise campaigns. About our ideal candidate We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in fast-paced account management, must have experience within promotional products, merchandise, or brand activation. Proven commercial acumen and the ability to hit ambitious sales targets. Experience managing relationships with senior marketing executives and multiple stakeholders. Salesforce experience and strong skills in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organisation skills. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities. A passion for design, merchandise, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
