Job Ad: Maintenance / Plumbing Contractor (Temporary) Dates Required: 16 October – 22 October 30 October – 5 November 13 November – 19 November Location: Fly‑out to site from Brisbane (or DIDO for those within ~5 hours to site) Role Overview: We’re seeking a skilled plumber / maintenance contractor to assist with scheduled village maintenance tasks (via Pronto), and to support the installation of solar‑boosted hot water systems (so experience with solar/hot water is a strong plus). You’ll fly out or drive (if within range) the day before to be on site ready to work. Key Responsibilities: Carry out village maintenance tasks as scheduled in Pronto Assist with installation, commissioning and servicing of hot water / solar hot water systems Liaise with site staff and report progress Comply with all safety and site requirements Required Certifications & Licenses: NPC (within past 12 months) White Card QLD Unrestricted Plumber Licence QBCC registration / licence Any other relevant industry tickets (e.g. confined space, working at heights, electrical ticket, etc.) Must pass a standard Pre‑Employment Medical Ideally has a Solar Endorsement (to assist with solar hot water systems) What We Offer: Travel & accommodation expenses covered Daily living allowance (if DIDO) Work in varied environment, good team, and exposure to solar/hot water installations Opportunity for further contracts if this works out How to Apply: Please submit your resume
