ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Supervisor to join our client’s team in New South Wales. Specialising in piling, shoring walls, and basement construction, our client is known for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality foundation solutions for complex earthworks and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage on-site piling operations, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery Supervise piling crews, enforcing compliance with safety protocols and quality standards Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to support seamless site execution Monitor and maintain piling equipment and materials to ensure readiness and safety Keep accurate records of daily piling activities, productivity, and project milestones Provide practical leadership and hands-on support to resolve site challenges Requirements 10 years’ experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on civil infrastructure projects Strong expertise in piling and ground engineering techniques Proficient in CFA, Bored, Driven, Kelly piles, and Diaphragm wall systems Thorough understanding of HSEQ regulations and best practices Proven ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills What’s on Offer Salary: $140k–$160k base Super Opportunity to work on high-profile piling projects in NSW or QLD Long-term role with a reputable contractor offering clear career progression.
