Position: Warehouse Officer Roster: Monday to Friday (8hr days) | Residential role (No FIFO) About the role The primary purpose of the Warehouse Officer is to provide assistance to the Warehouse Team Leader in the daily operations of the warehouse, not limited to Goods Receipting, Picking / Issuing of materials. Duties include but are not limited to; Checking and signing consignment notes Loading and unloading freight utilising mobile plant Stock picking, packing and processing of goods issues Receipting of materials to warehouse utilising SAP inventory system Review of Certifications for materials Quality Assurance checks Stocktaking Investigation of stock discrepancies Stock disposal processing Investigating requirements for Offshore Returns Use of staging and tracking tool in SAP Packing materials for transport Loading / Packing of materials into offshore containers for sea freight Skills & experience Essential Advanced experience using SAP inventory system High Risk Licence - Forklift (LF) Knowledge and understanding of warehousing operations High attention to detail Desirable Previous experience in handling, documenting (IMDG/IATA), and storing dangerous goods safely. Warehousing & Systems Pro – Certificate III (or working towards) with advanced Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Holds IMDG/IATA Dangerous Goods and current First Aid certifications Flexible & Reliable – Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding warehouse environment.
