The Opportunity You'll work closely with a team of impressive, yet approachable lawyers and other Paralegals as you support the Property Management needs of one of Australia's leading businesses. You'll have hands-on involvement with leasing files across a national portfolio, liaising with property and development managers as you draft leases, licences, option deeds, deeds of work and more. You'll have autonomous responsibility, yet become an integral part of a busy, cohesive and friendly team. Reporting directly to a Senior Property Lawyer, you'll join a team that has a commitment to work/life balance. While this opportunity is offered offered with full-time hours, early/late start-times and hybrid working flexibility can be accommodated. (Office hours can either be in both Sydney CBD or NorWest.) About you To be considered for this rare opportunity: you will offer three years experience as a Property Paralegal you will bring extensive experience in commercial and/or retail leasing and have the ability to self-manage leasing files; and be committed to working as a (Career) Paralegal on a permanent, full-time basis. you'll also be tech-focused and commercially savvy - ready to work in a fast-paced business.
