We're looking for experienced Cost Estimators to join our precontracts team and assist with the estimating on our water infrastructure projects. Projects we’ve successfully delivered include pipeline upgrades, water treatment / sewer treatment / plant upgrades, pump stations, drainage works, and stormwater upgrades. Ideal candidates will have the following: Minimum 3 years pre-contracts estimating experience Contractor-side construction experience Pipelines / water and waste-water experience Estimating from first principles for civil construction projects Reviewing and assessing tenders - scope, risks, tender complexity Preparation of detailed internal estimates & cost plans Expert Estimation software skills would be advantageous Bellwether provide opportunities for career development and the chance to be influential in the overall growth of the business.
