About the School Hester Hornbrook Academy is an independent, Special Assistance School delivering flexible, inclusive education for young people aged 15–25 across Greater Melbourne. Position Purpose The Careers Co-ordinator is a key member of our CAPE (Careers, Alumni, Pathways & Employment) team - leading the delivery of a high-impact, integrated careers and pathways program. You’ll champion Work Experience and Structured Workplace Learning, oversee Career Action Plans, and help build the bridge between school and meaningful work or study. Your leadership will ensure every student leaves Hester Hornbrook with a clear, supported plan for what comes next. Key Selection Criteria (abridged; full details in Candidate Information Pack) We are seeking a motivated and experienced Careers Co-ordinator to lead our school-wide careers and pathways program.
