Cover Supervisor – Secondary School (Lewisham) Location: Lewisham, South East London Pay: £100 – £110 per day Contract: Full-time or Part-time (flexible depending on the candidate) About the Role: We are seeking a confident, proactive, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, support students’ learning, and contribute to a positive school environment. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with their learning. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 during teacher absences Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a calm, productive classroom environment Manage student behaviour in line with school policies Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour Support the wider school community as needed Requirements: Previous experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting Strong classroom management and communication skills A proactive and flexible approach to work A genuine interest in education and supporting student development Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) Why Join ANZUK Education?
