They're now looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join their friendly team in Mornington. This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist customers in-store, conduct site measurements and quotes, and play a key role in ensuring each customer has a positive experience from first enquiry to project completion. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? $65,000 - $70,000 Super Commissions Full-time permanent role with an ASAP start Mornington location Store operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, and Saturdays 9am - 4pm. Saturday shifts are required . Company car available for site inspections when needed Long-term career growth and development within the flooring industry ABOUT THE ROLE: Provide exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email Take customer bookings for in-home measurements and quotes Conduct on-site measurements and prepare quotes Support general store operations and ensure a welcoming environment ABOUT YOU: Experience within the floor coverings or blinds industry Proven sales and customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive and proactive attitude Drivers licence required APPLY NOW!
