We’re looking for a hands-on Data Architect to play a pivotal role in a major data migration program — moving from legacy platforms (Teradata and Google BigQuery) to Snowflake and Power BI . What you’ll be doing Lead the architecture and design for a large data transformation initiative — migrating legacy data platforms to a scalable Snowflake environment. Oversee the transition of reporting, data visualisation, and self-service analytics layers into modern tools such as Power BI . Collaborate closely with program stakeholders, data engineering teams, and business users to ensure high-quality, future-proof solutions. Work 80% on the core data migration program, with the remaining 20% supporting related projects across the business. What we’re looking for Proven experience in data architecture (not just engineering) within medium to large-scale organisations . Background in retail or wholesale , ideally having worked with complex, customer-centric environments . A consultancy mindset – you enjoy variety, solving tough data challenges, and working across multiple brands or clients. Solid experience across Snowflake, Power BI, Teradata, and Google BigQuery . Someone who’s been part of a major transformation journey , ideally migrating from legacy to modern cloud data platforms.
