About the Role The Dealer Business Manager at Jaecoo Motor Australia is pivotal in supporting the establishment and development of our expanding dealership network. Focused on ensuring successful launches and sustainable growth, this role partners closely with dealership teams to implement Jaecoo’s operational standards, optimize business processes, and drive key performance metrics. The Dealer Business Manager provides hands-on guidance in areas such as financial planning, sales operations, inventory management, and customer experience, ensuring new dealerships are fully equipped to meet business goals and foster a strong brand presence. This role demands a strategic approach, effective relationship-building skills, and an in-depth knowledge of dealership operations to support the successful integration and growth of Jaecoo’s dealership network across Australia. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders. Assist in the setup and onboarding process for new dealerships, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and operational readiness. Support the execution of dealer agreements, facility planning, and compliance with corporate branding standards. Act as a liaison between dealerships and the OEM to resolve issues, build trust, and ensure long-term success. Drive regional sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly targets including operational KPIs Monitor and analyse dealership performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies for improvement. Develop and implement regional sales plans to maximize market share and profitability Maintain effective communication and Dealer relationships through consistent Dealer visits, ensuring all dealers are well informed & across all corporate activities and programs Support the Dealership in the development & execution of plans to manage stock, sales & marketing activities & showroom displays Identify key events in their local area, to attend and promote the Dealership / Chery brand Train, motivate & support Dealership team members to exceed set targets 7 objectives Ensure stock is monitored & managed in line with CMA expectations Ensure Dealer standards are achieved & maintained in line with the terms and conditions of the Dealer agreement, and is being met as per the guideline provided by Jaecoo Motor Australia To be successful you need We are searching for driven individuals, with a passion for the automotive industry. You will strive to achieve results whilst developing a disciplined & structured process. 5 years’ experience in a similar OEM Automotive role Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM etc An analytical approach and result-oriented with a desire for career growth.
