Role Description: Integrity Industrial are currently recruiting for a private company who specialize in both gardening and general building maintenance. You will be a front-line representative of the company, working directly with clients in residential and commercial settings. Gardening Responsibilities: Maintain and manage gardens and green spaces Complete tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, hedging, edging, and weeding Operate and manage reticulation systems Handle materials such as mulch, fertilisers, pesticides, and concrete Use gardening equipment and tools safely and efficiently Conduct seasonal garden care to ensure visual appeal and plant health Assist with minor concreting and paving as required Building Maintenance Responsibilities: Inspect and identify faulty equipment and facilities for repair or replacement Carry out tasks such as painting, fixing blinds, lights, doors, and installing mobility aids Perform manual cleaning duties: high-pressure hosing, window cleaning, cobweb and debris removal Complete inspection reports and administrative duties in a timely manner Essential Criteria: Minimum 6 months experience in gardening, landscaping or building maintenance Excellent communication skills and professional presentation Valid Class C Driver’s License Valid Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check (or willing to obtain) National Police Check (within last 3 months or willing to obtain) Right to work in Australia Willingness to comply with social media screening as part of employment process Desirable: Experience in general building maintenance or handyman work Tertiary studies in horticulture or construction Proficiency with hand-held and electric tools
