Job summary: Flexible hours available Expected salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Head Chef to take the reins of our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team to the next level. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality. Designing , testing , and refining menu items to keep our offering fresh and relevant. Leading , training , and mentoring kitchen staff to build a strong, motivated team. Managing food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships to meet budget targets. Driving compliance with food safety, WHS, and company policies. Collaborating with senior management to align kitchen operations with business goals. What we’re looking for: Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or Senior Head Chef in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Deep knowledge of food trends , kitchen operations , and cost control . A passion for mentoring chefs and creating a positive kitchen culture. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
