About the Role As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of projects across safety, quality, cost, programme, and client satisfaction. You'll lead a high-performing team, manage stakeholders, and ensure strong compliance with contractual, financial, and HSEQ requirements. Your leadership will drive outcomes across design management, budget forecasting, programme control, and client reporting - while building lasting relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor project teams including Contract Administrators, Site Managers and Supervisors. Oversee projects to ensure safety, quality, time, and cost objectives are met. Manage contracts, budgets, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Proactively manage design, risk, and stakeholder requirements. Foster strong HSEQ culture and ensure compliance with systems and standards. Build and maintain client and consultant relationships to secure repeat business. About You Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or trade experience). Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance. Strong knowledge of the WA building industry and contracting models (D&C, ECI, GMP, Cost Plus). Excellent financial and commercial acumen. Clear and professional communication skills. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: Proficiency with ACONEX, Jobpac, Hammertech, Bluebeam, plus strong industry networks and professional body memberships (AIB, AIQS, RICS, CIOB, MBA). Why Join?
