As part of the National Therapy Collective under the Australian Health & Therapy Group: A unique hybrid opportunity combining team leadership responsibilities with a clinical caseload, offering flexibility to adapt the balance of duties in line with team needs and growth 12-month contract with the option to extend True flexibility – shape your hours and work rhythm Extra leave – earn 12 bonus days off each year Designated fleet vehicle for travel Professional growth – 2 paid CPD days, protected learning time, and peer mentoring Supportive culture – grounded, values-led, and free from ego or red tape What you’ll be Doing: As a Team Leader, you’ll guide a passionate team of allied health professionals while continuing to deliver meaningful clinical work: Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, client-centred services Carry a small clinical caseload aligned to your discipline – OT, SP, or BSP Provide structured supervision, coaching, and capability-building for team members Monitor service delivery, outcomes, and compliance across funding and policy frameworks Resolve concerns collaboratively with staff, clients, and stakeholders Manage performance processes including attendance, leave, learning, and injury support Provide relief leadership during periods when the Manager is on leave Build strong relationships with community partners, referral agencies, and networks Attend networking meetings and forums as needed Ensure compliance with mandatory reporting requirements Operate within a billable hour’s framework under the NDIS Work flexibly and mobile, based on client and operational needs What You’ll Bring: You’re a seasoned clinician and natural leader, ready to make an impact: A degree and registration in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or an NDIS registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Previous experience leading allied health teams in service delivery Strong understanding of the disability sector and client needs Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks Familiarity with contemporary theoretical and practice models in allied health Qualifications in management or significant experience in practice leadership (desirable but not essential) Experience identifying and implementing quality improvements (desirable but not essential) WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, driver’s license, and unrestricted Australian working rights Ready to make a meaningful impact while growing your career?
