TalentWeb is looking to speak to skilled and hands-on Site Superintendents regarding an opportunity with a leading civil engineering and project management consultancy with offices in North Sydney and Paramatta. Immediate opportunity for a Site Superintendent who has experience on large civil urban development/infrastructure projects involving drainage, utilities and major bulk earthworks for work across subdivisions and land development. This role can choose to be based in either their Parramatta or North Sydney office. Responsibilities Manage the on-site works, meet project schedules, troubleshoot issues, ensure contractors meet contractual commitments and ensure the client is kept informed of project status. Interface with PM, client, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth communications and address and resolves issues and concerns. Act as the Contract Superintendent managing EOT, RFI, Payment Claims. Maintain and update numerous reports, documents, programs, budget tracking and other registers that are needed during projects. Requirements A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification/experience At least 3 years’ local experience in relevant roles exposed to Urban infrastructure. Knowledge of progress claims, contract administration and contract management Capacity to manage client expectations and coordinate multiple contractors. Experience in civil engineering design is preferable, but not essential.
