As a Service Leader (Complex Behaviours) based in Rothwell, QLD , you will mentor a dedicated team of support workers, deliver high-quality care to clients, and foster an environment of respect, empowerment, and active support. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the service operates smoothly, safely, and in line with NDIS and UDC standards. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Support Workers Stepping in to provide hands-on support where needed Assisting with roster planning and service coordination Collaborating with clients and families to develop personalised care plans Ensuring compliance with all safety, regulatory, and NDIS standards Promoting a culture of excellence and person-centred care What You’ll Bring to the Role: Diploma or higher in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field 3–4 years’ experience in a leadership or mentoring role (Team Leader/Site Leader experience highly regarded) Solid background in disability or aged care, including personal care and community access Strong understanding of NDIS standards, compliance, and person-centred approaches Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate Valid Driver’s Licence Why Work With Us?
