This is an opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to build off existing sector offerings in the Goldfields region and implement new Duratec offerings and business along the way. In this role you will support with business growth by securing new clients and projects and managing those projects through to delivery across the state. Responsibilities Responsible for executing a growth strategy focused on Mining remediation project success. Your Duties Will Include Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsUsing the existing in-house experience as a foundation, develop a coordinated delivery team to deliver multiple Mining remediation worksDevelop a pipeline of project opportunities aligned with the business strategyDevelop and maintain client relationships to assist with the aligned pipeline of opportunitiesCo-ordinate and align with State Managers to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of group resourcesBid management – Strategically champion bids from engagement through to submission Develop and maintain relationships with capable and culture aligned contractorsSubmit progress reports to Management and take part in Management engagement meetings to give feedback on progressForecast sales targets and co-ordinate the successful achievement of targetsSet short- and long-term strategy About You If you are a Project Manager with construction and are looking to take the next step, please get in touch.
