As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Contract & Client Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving growth and ensuring service excellence. The Opportunity This is a client-facing and operational role where you will manage relationships, drive new business, and ensure the smooth delivery of cleaning services. You will be the vital link between clients, supervisors, and internal departments, helping us deliver on contracts while identifying opportunities to grow. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships. Oversee service delivery to ensure contracts are fulfilled and jobs run without interruption. Address and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner. Generate new business by identifying opportunities and securing new cleaning contracts. Coordinate with supervisors and the finance team to ensure smooth operations, accurate invoicing, and reporting. Conduct site visits, audits, and performance reviews where required. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, contract performance, and sales activity. About You Proven experience in contract management, client services, or account management (experience in cleaning, facilities, or service industries is highly regarded). Demonstrated success in sales and business development. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate between different teams. Valid Australian driver’s license (essential). Police Check / Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
