Reporting to the Senior Medical Educator, you’ll build strong relationships with registrars, supervisors, and practices, working closely with training coordinators to deliver high quality, consistent GP training. The subregion training footprint encompasses practices in Nepean, Western and Northern Sydney, with the home office for the region situated in North Sydney. Flexible work-from-home arrangements are available, though travel to the North Sydney/Liverpool offices and surrounding training and workshop delivery locations will be required. As our Medical Educator, you'll also: deliver registrar education and support through group learning, practice visits, and individual mentoring.facilitate registrar progress, assessments, and exam readiness, escalating issues as required.support supervisors with teaching, professional development, and accreditation requirements.build strong relationships with registrars, supervisors, practices, and local health stakeholders.
