Key Responsibilities: Participating in the planning and evaluation of office services while establishing priorities and service standards. Distributing human resources and workspace, efficiently. Assigning tasks to staff and overseeing their performance and preparing report. Managing office records and financial accounts properly. Liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety regulations. Ensuring compliance with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures. Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries. Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, productive, and organised work environment. Manage general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling office supplies, and maintaining filing systems. Qualifications & Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
