What You’ll Do as an Account Manager, you will: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business and client goals. Lead contract negotiations and renewals with key stakeholders. Identify growth opportunities and showcase UAC’s innovative solutions. Work cross-functionally to drive customer-centric initiatives and deliver outstanding outcomes. Use data-driven insights to measure success and continuously improve strategies. Monitor market trends to anticipate and respond to evolving client needs. What We’re Looking for We’re seeking a commercially astute professional with a strong background in B2B account management and a track record of success in stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have: 5 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in the education sector (but not essential). Proven success in developing and managing client portfolios. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging at Director and C-suite levels. The ability to influence decision-making through formal and informal discussions. A collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal teams to drive results. Analytical skills to interpret and leverage sales data for strategic planning. Self-motivation, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Why Join UAC?
