We’re seeking a Graduate / Early Career Speech Pathologist to join our welcoming team in North Brisbane. This role can be either full time, or part-time. Focusing on helping adults in residential aged care improve their swallowing, communication, and quality of life. You’ll work with clients experiencing dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, progressive neurological conditions, and age-related changes — all while being guided by experienced clinicians who are so excited to see you succeed! What You’ll Be Doing Build your clinical skills with hands-on experience in swallowing and communication assessments Deliver meaningful interventions, both in-person and via telehealth Manage your own calendar and enjoy flexibility in your work hours and locations Collaborate closely with your state-based Team Leader and a national team of supportive Speech Pathologists Participate in regular supervision, mentoring, and professional development Advocate for clients and provide education to families and care staff What You’ll Need A degree in Speech Pathology (or about to graduate!)
