The Role: As Sales Consultant, you’ll guide prospective residents through the journey of purchasing in a premium over 50s community. From initial enquiry to settlement, you’ll be the trusted point of contact, providing expert advice and a warm, professional experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound enquiries and conduct sales presentations Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families Maintain CRM records and follow up leads with care and consistency Liaise with marketing, development, and legal teams to support the sales process Provide insights on buyer trends and contribute to sales strategy About You: Experience in residential or project sales, ideally with off-the-plan exposure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, empathetic approach to customer service Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets Passion for property and interest in lifestyle-focused developments Why This Role?
