An opportunity exists for a Program Manager/Nurse Manager - Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation & Clozapine & Multimorbidity to provide operational line management and direction for the community / sub-acute team's workforce across Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service, and acts as the reference point both within and outside Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service for relevant operational matters. Key Responsibilities include:  Understand your broad responsibilities for safety and quality in healthcare, actively participate in continuous quality and safety improvement activities within the workplace and notify a relevant clinical or non-clinical responsible officer when concerns exist about workplace or patient safety.  Deliver a specialist level of skill in one or more areas of a complex or critical nature with the ability to independently apply specialist and novel judgement to meet the needs of patients across the continuum of care.  Provide high-level clinical advice within area of expertise to clinicians, professional and operational teams, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding professional standards, service initiatives, service needs and clinical service development.  Work collaboratively with the MHSS Directors, Professional Leads and other multidisciplinary MHSS teams to implement clinical governance requirements that align with the MHSS Governance Framework. Remuneration value up to $172 615 p.a., comprising salary between $132 562 - $151 289 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7/HP5).
