About the role The Clinical Nurse / Midwife Consultant Digital Health Clinical Support Lead will have an expert level of understanding of eHealth/clinical information systems. This person is accountable/responsible for the identification of business improvements and changes, consultation, and negotiation necessary to implement successful change as part of the delivery of Digital Health solutions across West Moreton Health. They are responsible for coordinating with clinicians and end users, the analysis and documentation of clinical workflows, performing gap analysis, identifying process changes and future workflows which are related to the implementation of new solutions or functionality. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Knowledge and experience in Cerner Millennium Advanced ieMR solution, preferably with experience in the design, build and maintenance Strong analytical skills while also having a process orientation. Flexibility and willingness to rapidly change focus to meet the needs of a complex and challenging change environment. Maintains effective and respectful working relationships with all colleagues demonstrating a high level of negotiation skills to enhance cooperative workplace interactions and manage conflict in the workplace. Commitment to the delivery of high-quality care and service in accordance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. Mandatory Requirements: Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual practicing certificate is mandatory. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.
