About you: In your new role you will Supports the professional development of nursing and midwifery staff, including Clinical Facilitators, novice/less experienced nursing staff, post-graduate, and undergraduate nursing students and AINs, working within the Cassowary Hub across CHHHS. Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders at the statewide network to develop and implement assessment, standards for practice, planning, review, and evaluation of educational programs for nursing staff working within Cassowary Hub. Promotes a learning environment through clinical support, instruction, and feedback including mentoring of novice/less experienced nursing staff working within the Cassowary Hub and across CHHHS.
