About your opportunity: In this position you will Provide strategic leadership to effectively plan, manage, and evaluate services to achieve the organisational goals of the facility. With particular focus on the adherence to National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and accountable also for the nursing, operational, and administrative budget for the facility. Ensure delivery of compassionate, quality care, and nursing and midwifery supervision to ensure key performance indicators are met and are in line with policy and legislative requirements. Responsible for the operational achievement of performance targets, evaluation, and outcome in line with operational service plans and targets, and national and state benchmarks.
