About your role: Deliver a high level of customer service, demonstrating empathy patience and understanding by various modes including face to face, verbal, or written communication. Liaise with relevant authorities both verbally and in writing on operational and policy matters pertaining to services provided by the department to patients, staff and relevant stakeholders ensuring compliance with HHS objectives and responsibilities. Participate in training new staff, team meetings, attend in-services and perform other duties as directed.
