Your new role: As a Clinical Nurse - Clinical Facilitator, you will be a pivotal clinical leader and educator in our kidney and dialysis specialist nursing team. You'll autonomously manage complex haemodialysis patients, provide expert clinical decision-making, and coordinate high-quality care delivery.
