Your new role: As a Senior Social Worker in Logan Hospital's Emergency Department, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering timely, high-quality and compassionate care to patients and families during times of crisis. You'll provide expert clinical interventions and contribute to ongoing service improvement in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. In this role, you will: Deliver advanced, evidence-based Social Work services and crisis interventions for patients and families within the Emergency Department. Provide clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to less experienced Social Workers, students and Allied Health Assistants. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to deliver safe, trauma-informed and patient-centred care. Contribute to service development, quality improvement and education initiatives to enhance Social Work service delivery.
