About your role As a Mental Health Clinician within the Older Adults Community Mental Health Team, you will provide assessment, therapeutic intervention, and case management services to older adults experiencing mental health challenges. In this role, you will:  Deliver evidence-based psychological, occupational therapy, or social work interventions.  Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.  Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers, and service partners to achieve recovery goals.  Participate in clinical supervision, professional development, and quality improvement activities.  Contribute to the education and supervision of students and less experienced staff.  Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and data integrity in line with service standards. About you We're looking for a compassionate and skilled clinician who is passionate about supporting the mental health of older adults and contributing to a collaborative, values-driven team. You will have:  Tertiary qualifications and registration in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.  Authorised Mental Health Practitioner status.  Experience providing assessment, therapy, and case management in mental health settings.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, families, and colleagues.  Ability to work both independently and as part of an interprofessional team.  A commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.  Understanding of the unique mental health needs of older adults and a recovery-oriented approach.
