Your new role: As an Advanced Oral Health Therapist with Metro South Oral Health, you'll play a pivotal leadership role, managing a medium-sized team across multiple sites while providing expert clinical care and professional guidance. You'll contribute to strategic planning, service improvement and ensure the highest standards of patient care by: Leading and mentoring Oral Health teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred services. Overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff performance, budgets, and resource allocation. Driving continuous service improvement through data analysis, feedback, and evidence-based practice. Collaborating with Principal Dentists and clinical leaders to align oral health services with organisational goals. Providing advanced clinical care, advice, and supervision to staff and students. Representing MSOH in committees, projects, and professional networks to enhance service delivery. About you: You're an experienced Oral Health professional with strong clinical skills and a passion for leadership, ready to make a tangible difference in community oral health. You'll bring with you: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary teams. Advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in oral health therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders. Proven capacity to plan and implement service improvement initiatives. Current registration with AHPRA and a tertiary qualification in Oral Health Therapy. Current radiation licence and Class C driver's licence (with willingness to travel across sites).
