About the roleAs a Workplace Relations Advisor, you will support the delivery of high-quality industrial and employee relations services across Metro North Health. Working within a collaborative team, you'll provide specialist advice on complex HR matters, including disciplinary, ill-health, and Respect@Work-related cases, contributing to a positive, safe, and respectful workplace culture. Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate industrial relations and HR advice on complex employee matters.- Support the management of discipline, ill health, and Respect@Work cases with a trauma-informed approach.- Assist with the preparation of reports, briefings, and documentation for senior management and industrial forums.- Contribute to organisational change initiatives and consultative processes.- Promote values-based, collaborative workplace practices aligned with Metro North Health's goals.
