About the Team The CHQatHome service has multiple programs aimed at supporting children to receive appropriate care closer to home. The service functions as a multidisciplinary team, including nursing, medical, physiotherapy, social work, pharmacy, psychology, dietetics, occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology, administration and operational officers.
