About the roleAs the Nurse Researcher within Cancer Care Services at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, you will drive and support high-quality nursing research initiatives that enhance patient outcomes. This role provides the opportunity to lead grant applications, mentor emerging researchers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance cancer care research. Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and coordination of clinical research projects, including ethics and governance submissions.- Mentor and support nursing and multidisciplinary staff to build research capacity.- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify funding and training opportunities.- Contribute to evidence-based practice, research publications, and conference presentations.- Evaluate and report research outcomes to inform quality improvement and innovation.
