Salary range: $210,332 to $266,677 p.a. (L18-L27) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available Relocation expenses may be offered at time of appointment Attraction and retention incentive allowance (50% base salary) Motor vehicle allowance between $21,000 and $25,500 p.a. Professional development allowance of $21,500 p.a. 3.6 weeks p.a. leave About your opportunity: Provide comprehensive Paediatric Intensive Care services across a wide range of pathologies and patient age within the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit Work within the team charter of Paediatric Intensive Care to build a collegiate team and happy workplace Provide professional leadership in respect of the Paediatric Intensive Care Department activities and in particular, your specialty team(s) Manage the delivery of patient care in the area of Paediatric Intensive Care including management of complex clinical situations Enthusiastic involvement in our education programme and the teaching & mentoring of junior consultants, medical trainees, medical students, nursing & allied health staff and trainees Requirements: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
