Your new role: As the Clinical Nurse (Clinical Research), you'll deliver expert nursing care to oncology clinical trial participants while leading, coordinating, and supporting complex care delivery. In this role, you will: Provide advanced clinical assessment, planning, and coordination for oncology trial patients. Support and guide Registered Nurses (Clinical Research) through education, mentoring, and supervision. Lead clinical and research initiatives to enhance quality and patient safety outcomes. Contribute to education, training, and continuous improvement within the Cancer Trials Unit.
