Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Observability Engineer - Elastic Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining observability solutions using the Elastic Stack and other industry-leading tools. You will work closely with development teams to ensure our applications are highly observable, enabling us to quickly identify and resolve issues. Design and implement observability solutions using Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, and Logstash Collaborate with development teams to integrate observability tools and practices into the application lifecycle Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues by leveraging log data, metrics, and traces Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and visualizations to provide visibility into application performance and health Optimize and tune the Elastic Stack for performance and scalability Contribute to the development of observability best practices and standards Mentor and guide other engineers on observability concepts and tools Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the observability space
