About the Role: We are seeking motivated and caring Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. The successful applicants will provide direct support to clients living with disabilities, assisting them with daily activities and helping them participate in community life. Key Responsibilities: • Provide person-centred care that supports clients’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing • Assist clients with personal care tasks including showering, dressing, and grooming • Support safe mobility, transfers, and movement within the home and community • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required • Accompany clients on community outings, appointments, and recreational activities • Assist with light domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation • Promote independence and inclusion through skill-building and social engagement • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of care activities Skills and Experience: • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification • Minimum of 12 months experience in disability or aged care support • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Current First Aid and CPR certifications • National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain) • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred) Why Join Us: • Competitive salary with superannuation • Supportive and inclusive work culture • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities • Opportunity to make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of others How to Apply: If you are passionate about supporting people with disabilities and want to be part of a caring, professional team, we’d love to hear from you.
