About the Role: The Community Partnerships Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the organisation delivers on key strategies to support community organisations and volunteers in the environmental sector. The role is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to recognise, support, promote and encourage nature stewards caring for landscapes. The Community Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supervision of a small team of staff with expertise in engaging with range of stakeholders including state and local government networks, urban communities, community-based organisations and businesses. Desirable Qualifications: An appropriate degree/qualification and/or experience in volunteer management, natural resources management, community engagement or communication. Special Conditions: May be required to participate in responses to state emergencies or associated duties. Inter and intra state travel may be required. May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel, occasional overnight absences, and work outside of the normal hours of work. You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or provide evidence that you hold a valid working visa that allows you to work in Australia without restrictions.
