Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef, you will manage daily food preparation, production and implementation of menus which are designed to deliver innovative French re-imagined cuisines You will provide hands-on supervision of our culinary team, ensuring a consistently high-quality product. By actively sharing ideas and suggestions, you will help improve the kitchen environment and menus. Managing food costs through careful preparation, service, and storage of food will also be crucial in your role.
