Job Description Be uniquely you, come as you are Lead and inspire our store teams As an Area Manager you will lead and inspire our store leaders and teams to deliver upon all elements of the Dan Murphy's strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for leading 14 stores, comprising 14 store leaders and over 250 team members across the Area group. Pro-actively contribute to the delivery of the Dan’s retail strategy through leading your teams to bring the strategy to life in store. Communicate and build team commitment to business strategies creating alignment, direction and role clarity, and achievement of Area safety, customer, financial, operational and strategic goals and objectives. Lead the delivery on key projects / trials for the State. Analyse key metrics, including customer and team feedback, and provide guidance and coaching for each store to act on and achieve Area and state goals. Lead Dan’s transformation and change agenda while maintaining focus on business performance. Develop talent pipelines and future leaders by providing regular feedback to your team, creating meaningful development plan and ensuring succession and ongoing capability is maintained.
